Cat's Cradle, The ArtsCenter and Musical Roots Productions are teaming up to present the 300 East Main Summer Concert Series on the asphalt at 300 East Main Street, Carrboro every fourth Thursday, June though September. Gates open at 4:30. All ages. Admission is free but a $5 donation to The ArtsCenter buys a reusable wristband, which lets you purchase beer all Summer. Vendors include Q Shack, Amante Gourmet Pizza, and Carolina Brewery.

Lestat: The Musical

Based upon the words of Anne Rice (author of "Interview with the Vampire" and "Queen of the Damned"), the hypnotically dark, sensual musical brings an all-new dimension to vampires, and tells the story of Lestat -- a vampire who sits back and lets the centuries pass him by as he embraces his power and immortality.
